CRISTIAN LAY was founded in 1981 by Ricardo Leal. It is now the first Spanish company in the field of direct sales. It operates in 16 countries.

Today, it offers two types of products:

A business plan including more than 14 levels of incentives where you are the one to set the limits.

A catalogue containing more than 2.000 products offered through a network of approximately 130 000 distributors and supervisers which generated more than 80 million euros worth of sales in 2016.


Since the beginning, it has always proven to be a leading company in the design of jewellery thanks to its perfect formula that allows to offer everyone modern jewellery produced using traditional techniques.

Over its 30 years of life, the company has increased its lines of products and now offers more than 10 000 yearly references that include items of jewellery, fashion jewellery and watches as well as cosmetic products and accessories making it the leading company in terms of catalogue selling. It possesses one of the largest and most modern factories of jewellery-making in Europe and its own manufacturing site for cosmetic products called: PERSEIDA BELLEZA.

It controls the whole of the production process (design, manufacturing, distribution and sales) and relies on the use of advanced technology. This enables CRISTIAN LAY to offer the best quality products at the most competitive prices and reach an annual turnover of 80 million euros.

CRISTIAN LAY is part of a group of companies called CL Grupo Industrial. Over time, it has become more diversified. Today these companies operate in an array of different fields. These include the production and sales distribution of jewellery and high jewellery, cosmetic and personal hygiene products, corrugated cardboard, the distribution of piped gas, renewable energies (photovoltaic), the fruit and vegetable sector and more recently, the chemical sector and the maintenance of wind farms.
